  Do yourself a favor and order the mushrooms in the brown sauce; they are delectable! Flavorful food and friendly staff. I will definitely return.

  Japanese tapas is what you'll find at this Japanese bar & restaurant. I sampled a large variety of dishes which were all delicious except the octopus because well, I don't do octopus. With a half dozen beers on tap this is a good place to drink while enjoying well crafted food. Good for dates.

  I've been to Izakaya Mita several times. I don't usually go back to the same places because Chicago has so many restaurants to explore but Izakaya Mita is one of the few that I'm willing to revisit over and over again. I have a shellfish allergy but I think they still have plenty of options for people like me. I've tried several of their specialty rolls and loved all of them. Love the small intimate ambiance here but my favorite part about Yuzu is how well they present their sushi! Each of them looks beautiful! I would say this is my favorite sushi place in Chicago! It's usually pretty crowded but I've never had to wait long.

  This is definitely the place to go if you like fancy new drinks without spending a fortune or with spending a fortune. Lots of small plates to share and everything is delicious. This cost a lot less than I thought it would considering the quality!
